T-ara to show off robot dance for upcoming song “Sexy Love” next month

T-ara has revealed that they will be releasing a new electro-club dance track titled “Sexy Love” next month!

Scheduled for release on August 15th, “Sexy Love” will mark the girls’ fourth collaboration with hit composer Shinsadong Tiger. The song is considered the fourth installment following “Bo Peep Bo Peep“, “Roly Poly“, and “Lovey Dovey“, and is expected to continue with the same success.

The girls will also be going for a new type of change on stage for “Sexy Love” with a pantomime inspired robot dance.

KARA K5J Autograph Session in Singapore!

The lovely ladies of KARA are currently in Singapore for their K5J by KARA Showcase 2012, which will be held on the 10 July at Resorts World Sentosa.
But prior to the showcase, the girls held a special fansign session for lucky fans at the Official Mall – Causeway Point. Clad in dreamy white velvet dresses, the girls made the whole mall go crazy when they appeared on stage. Unfortunately, only 4 members (Kang Jiyoung, Goo Hara, Jung Nicole, Park Gyuri) were present, as Han Seungyeon was urgently hospitalized due to Anemia.

The whole event went very smoothly, starting off with the girls greeting the fans, to the fansign for 80 lucky fans, and a short photo-session at the end.

T-ara’s ‘Day by Day’ MV set uses the same one as SHINee’s ‘Sherlock’ MV set

Considering that South Korea is a small country, it comes as no surprise that companies would use sets from other groups’ MVs and drama sets for their own MVs.

An astute fan discovered, while watching T-ara’s recent Day by Day dance MV, that Core Contents Media used the same MV set that was seen for SHINee’s Sherlock MV. Hyomin can be seen singing in the same chair that Onew sat in, while the entire girl group danced in the same room where SHINee had set up their detective agency.

SBS Inkigayo 07.15.12

Today’s episode of SBS Inkigayo begins a new era of the show without a weekly winner or Take 7 ranking.


In an announcement from earlier this week, Chief producer Nam Seung Yong said “From July 15 episode of ‘Inkigayo,’ there will no longer be a ranking system and Mutizen Song. Since the word ‘Mutizen Song’ was created back in the day when the term ‘Netizen’ was farely new, the term feels outdated and old at this point. Also, many viewers are sick of music shows with the exact same format.”


Today featured a special stage “Summer Girls” featuring members of After School, f(x), SISTAR and T-ara. Special comeback stages were performed by 2PM‘s Wooyoung, PSY and NU’EST.

Super Junior Performs “Sexy, Free and Single” on Inkigayo

After making their comeback performances last week, Super Junior continues their promotions for “Sexy, Free & Single” onInkigayo today.

They released their sixth studio album “Sexy, Free and Single” on July 4, 11 months since the release of their previous album “Mr. Simple.” Their music video was also released two weeks ago and saw huge popularity with views coming in from all over the world on YouTube.

2NE1 Performs “I Love You” On Inkigayo

After making their first comeback performance last week on Inkigayo, 2NE1 continues their promotions for “I Love You” this week.

On their comeback performance, there were criticisms of animal abuse that were later addressed by YG.

Earlier this week, they had to cancel their performance on M!Countdown due to Minzy’s great-aunt and Korea’s legendary traditional dancer, Gong Ok Jin passing away.

The song was previously released on iTunes on July 5 as a digital single. According to YG, 2NE1 will be releasing its album one song at a time, similar to what they did last year with “Lonely,” “I Am the Best,” “Hate You” and “Ugly.”
